and to ensure that you will show up to your appointment.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless appointment is cancelled on behalf of the artist and you choose to opt out of rescheduling.​​

Emergency Cancellation On Artist Behalf

If the artist cancels, you will have the option to reschedule, OR receive a refund for their deposit. Refunds are typically done right away. However we ask for a ONE WEEK grace period to refund your deposit. If the transaction is digital it could take some time to go through.

Cancellation on Clients Behalf

So the artists have consistent work flow,  we have a Minimum 5 day cancellation notice. This policy is in place for artists to be able to get another client in as soon as possible. Failure to inform us of a cancellation within the 5 day limit, you will lose your original deposit and will be charged an additional  NON-REFUNDABLE  DEPOSIT  to reschedule

No Call, No Show

Clients get a one time, No Call No Show. However,  in the event of a No Call No Show, you will lose your deposit. If you would like to reschedule we will charge an additional NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Even if you have an unfinished piece. This re-instills trust that you will show up to the new appointment time. It is understandable that things come up,  However  It is not the artists responsibility to make sure you are on time or show up to your appointment.

Misspelling and Placement

For lettering, as well as placement, we require you check the stencil in a mirror before we begin tattooing to ensure all placement and spelling requests are correct. It is crucial you inform the artist of any changes needed during this time. After this process the artist takes no responsibility for ANY misspelling or misplacements. NO REFUNDS!

Tattoos We DO NOT Guarantee

HANDS, FINGERS, ELBOWS, KNEES, WRISTS , These locations frequently cause tattoos to fade due to constant wear and tear. The majority of tattoos in these locations need more than one session and still fade away. For this reason we DO NOT guarantee the longevity of tattoos in these locations. We make it a goal to inform clients of the potential outcomes when getting these areas tattooed before you make a final decision to go forward with the tattoo. If you agree and want to move forward with the tattoo, we make sure you fill out an extra disclaimer stating you have been notified of the potential outcome of the tattoo in these areas of the body. ONLY ONE FREE TOUCH UP on tattoos located on these body parts, NON NEGOTIABLE.  ​

Tattoo Completion

We do not guarantee a definite time frame for completion of tattoos. A decision of tattoo completion will be made upon satisfaction of the piece from both the client and artist. If you choose not to come in to finish the piece to artists satisfaction, We do NOT take responsibility for any unfinished piece.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
